102/12/7 C/P value

High C/p value duty i have to say.
There weren't many emergent surgeries, but difficult and critical ones are what we are afraid of.  One of these can be much more labor demanding than 10 small ones.  
One IVC injury, with 2 central lumen catheters already in place, still bled to death.  Asystole and V-fib occurred on the table.  Despite 2 hours of direct cardiac massage and ECMO, the patient still died.
G2 obstetric patient.  I placed the epidural catheter few hours ago and now, came rushing in because of upper abdominal pain and sinusoidal FHB.  I had to perform GA.  Good thing the uterus did not rupture like the surgeons worried.
