Say ' I love you'

I have been in US for couple years. One thing I really like is that family and lovers will always say 'I love you'. They believe it is important to let people know they do care about them. Not only show the love by doing things but also say it out loud.

so, pick up your phone and call your parents, tell them 'i love you, dad and mom'. tell your husband or wife / girlfriend or boyfriend that 'i love you'.

Trust me, you will feel different and better.
