It states that Taipei is the largest city and it is also the financial and cultural centre. These are precursor statements. I think, the sentence ends halfway.

pop00123 不是要你解釋單字的意思, 字典查就有. 台灣沒有State好嗎? 你加while整句就是錯的文法, 且這句的being 與while不能同時存在. 發表於 2017-4-3 01:42 PM
