咖喱香辣土豆 Spicy Curry Potatoes
材料:
土豆3粒(切片)
洋蔥1個(切碎)
鹽
辣椒粉1茶匙
黃姜粉1茶匙
辣椒干3條(泡軟切小塊)
蕃茄1個(切塊)
蒜末和洋蔥末
Ingredients:
3 medium size potatoes (sliced thick)
1 medium size onion (chopped)
salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 dry chili (soaked and cut into small pieces)
1 big tomato (diced)
minced garlic & shallot
熱油鍋,加入蒜末,洋蔥末
洋蔥碎炒至淺黃色,約2-3分鐘
加鹽,辣椒干和辣椒粉炒勻
加入土豆再炒勻,加入適量的水
蓋上煮5分鐘,其間攪拌几次
加入蕃茄炒勻
蓋上煮至土豆熟軟為止,大約10-15分鐘
heat oil in wok, fry the minced garlic and shallot
add in the chopped onion and fry for another 2-3 minutes
add dry chili, curry powder and turmeric powder
stir fry and mix well
add in potatoes fry for 1-2 minutes
add in water, covered and simmer for about 5 minutes
add in tomato and salt to taste
