韓國海鮮煎餅 Korean Seafood Pancake
材料Ingredients:
1碗雜海鮮
1 / 2杯切塊日本黃瓜(切小塊)
1杯韓國煎餅混合料
2杯水
香蔥(切碎)
香菜(切碎)
1 bowl mixed seafood
1/2 cup diced Zucchini (Japanese cucumber)
1 cup Korean pancake mix
2 cup of water
spring onion (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
salt & pepper to taste
將煎餅混合料和水放入一個大碗里拌勻
加入雜海鮮,日本黃瓜,蔥和香菜混合拌勻成面糊
熱油鍋
舀一大湯匙的面糊放入熱鍋弄薄片
慢火煎炸直到金黃色即可
Mix the pancake mix with water into a large bowl
add in the mixed seafood, diced zucchini, spring onion and parsley
heat oil in frying pan
scoop and spread out as thin as possible
fry at low heat until golden brown
