103/6/19 Mycotic aneurysm

This is the first time i have seen such a surgery.  Also this is the first time i've seen such a complication following a ruptured aneurysm.  Severe tracheal compression resulting from a huge TAA.  Today CS surgeons tried to decompress the aneurysm thrombus (TAA stentgraft already in place).  But the ideal location was too hard to approach therefore, further planning is needed and the surgery is delayed until tomorrow.  A very rare and interesting, also labor demanding surgery....
