Q1: For the cubic structure, for {100} and {110} planes, they see 4 atoms on the plane.  For {111} plane, it sees 3 atoms. You should be able to workout the densities for these three cases;

Q2: similarly, you can work out this.

Q3: counting {111}, {1,-1,-1}, ...

Q4: Use Arc cos {(ax+by+cy)/(|[abc]| X |[xyz]|)} to find angles between two planes.

Q5: make sure you get the number of electrons per atom right.
