running in blossom!

running 5 km daily in my gym, i went jogging along the banks of local canal on a whim this morning.

what a knockout! it looks like every tree in the vicinity of the canal is in blossom at the moment! yellow, purple, red, orange, white, pink, indigo... WOW! saturated with a riot of color on so many levels above the ground, the riverbanks r also relieved with colorful patches against the grass. if i might put it poetically, all the greenery throws a party letting off firworks serenely, even in the daylight, to celebrate the debut of spring 2015.
