Whitney Peyton is continually being recognized by her contemporaries at the top of the hip-hop scene as one of the hardest working up and coming artists. The solo rapper from the outskirts of Philadelphia uses real life inspiration in her songs to pull listeners in for more. On “Firecracker,” her signature hip-hop style and rock-infused tracks showcased a diversity and ability to conquer different genres, evidenced by her cracking the Billboard charts, having reached #3 on the Top New Artists Albums, #9 on Overall Rap Albums, and #11 on Current R&B/Hip Hop albums. Whitney’s genre jumping and everchanging momentum has allowed her the opportunity to hit the stage with a wide variety of artists including, Twizted, Tech N9ne, Rittz, Born of Osiris, Volumes, The Dead Rabbitts, and to perform at well known festivals such as Northern Invasion and The Vans Warped Tour.
