其實讀書果時都有講話英式或者美式英文。

究竟有啲咩唔同?

仲有有加拿大同澳洲甚至係南非英文,有咩分別?

英文有共通, 也有小差異.
用字習慣不一樣, 口音隨地域而異, 少部分文法稍不同.
但英式,美式不是兩種語言.
加拿大澳洲係南非還是英文.

中文也是.
北京普通話, 新加坡華語, 台灣國語....
當你會了其中一種, 其他中文不會聽不懂.
但如果中文還不通, 就容易覺得不同中文都不同文法.

For example,Hello guys,In UK: hello folks
                                 In Australia :hello mate
                                 In American:hello mate
                  Gas station In UK:  Gas station
                                 In Australia :Servo
                                 In American: petrol station

I'm sorry. You made too many mistakes that might mislead some people.

Yes ,but with minor differences in different English-speaking countries.
For example, "Hello guys".
(X)In UK: Hello, folks. (They seldomly use 'folks'. They'd simply say: "Hello".)
(-)In Australia :Hello, mate. (They often say "G'day, mate" instead of "Hello".)
(X)In American:Hello, mate.
(They don't use 'mate'. They'd simply say: "Hi", "Hello","Hi, guys", "What's up?"...)

(X) Gas station In UK:  Gas station
(O) Petrol Station
("Gas" is for American English.  "Gas" in UK is for cooking, camping stoves...)

In Australia :Servo  (Short for "Service Station")

(X) In American: petrol station
(O) Gas Station
