Some people have arguments or disagreements with each others at work. What's the best way to handle conflict in the workplace. Support your opinion with specific reasons and examples.

People always have arguments or disagreement in any kind of groups. Because everyone have different opinions.

Therefore it is very important for everyone to learn how to handle conflict. However, as far as I am concerned, I would rather prevent a fight instead of dealing with it. So, what should we do?

I believe the only reason that cause an argument is Misunderstanding. Which is why a good communication skill is always the best way to avoid an argument. First of all, when we have a talk with someone, we need to show our respect. For instance, we can't interrupt them just beacuse we are disagree with them. Also, when it's your turn to speak, always be careful with the words you use. Don't make others feel offensive. Respect is the best way to deal with people.

But there is some possiblity that we can't avoid a conflict. Because people will not always do what you want them to do. When we are in a fight with somebody. The first thing I suggest you to do is still that show your respect. If someone being rude to you, that doesn't mean you can do the same thing to them.
It means "I don't want a argument" when we treat them respectfully.

To sum up, all we need to learn is how to respect others, how to communicate with others. Not only because of avoiding conflict, we can also maintain a good relationship with everyone.

People often have arguments or disagreements in all kinds of groups because everyone has different opinions.
(any:「任一」, every:「每一」,  all:「各種.」...

Therefore, it is very important for everyone to learn how to handle conflict. However, as far as I am concerned, I would rather prevent a fight than deal with it after. So, what should we do?

I believe the only thing that causes an argument is misunderstanding, which is why having (no 'a') good communication skills is always the best way to avoid an argument. First of all, when we (no 'have a') talk with someone, we need to show our respect. For instance, we can't interrupt people just because we (no 'are') disagree with them. Also, when it's your turn to speak, always be careful with the words you use. Don't make others feel offended.  Being respectful is the best way to prevent an argument.

However, there will be times that conflict cannot be avoided because people will not always do what you want them to do. When we find ourselves in an argument with somebody, the first thing I would suggest (no 'you' ) to do is to remain respectful. If someone is being rude to you, that doesn't mean you can do the same thing back.
It means "I don't want to argue" when we treat them respectfully.

To sum it all up, all we need to learn is how to respect others(no comma) and how to communicate with others. Not only for avoiding conflict, but (no 'we can') to also maintain (no 'a') good relationships with people.
