試了3.6、3.7、3.8的版本都一樣..
可是改用PotPlayerPortable、K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1110_Mega就正常

畫面如下
整個畫面是黑的，有聲音，預覽畫面也有...不過整體畫面是黑暗一片==

可以嘗試看看下面的設定
打開KMPlayer按右鍵＝>選項＝>參數設定＝>視訊處理＝>轉譯器
在轉譯器這邊請選擇WMR9 未轉譯 (HQ字幕)
下方選項勾選＝>強制在 VMR 未轉譯模式中使用RGB32(HQ)
然後關閉後將KMPlayer整個關掉再打開影片看看

Sorry沒幫上忙，因為我之前也是這樣，做這個調整後就沒問題了
不過多多少少還是有遇過播放其他影片是一樣的情況
最後還是搭配PotPlayer跟Gomplayer三種播放器使用

另外三個開啟影片後都是死當...

PS：是不是缺少某結碼器呢?

分離器都改用LAV

外部視訊及音訊解碼器也都改用LAV(改的方法跟分離器相同)

關閉內部視訊及音訊解碼器

取消關閉字幕裝載器及顯示字幕(就是不用KMP內建的字幕功能)

到自訂過濾器管理器加入VSFilter(auto-loading version)

改完關閉KMP再重新播放看看

解碼正常但沒連上轉譯器，所以畫面出不來
把轉譯器設為"增強視訊轉譯器(僅Vista)"
轉譯器的其他選項如果有勾都取消

另外在分離器及外部解碼器
若沒LAV可選就選系統預設或不動作

這次連解碼也不正常
居然同時使用外部及內部的視訊解碼器?

看來我必須用你的全部設定測試看看
勾選"保存設定到KMPCfg.ini"，然後上傳KMPCfg.ini(檔名改成KMPCfg.txt)

KMP 3.6存成ini檔後會自動改回預設設定(應該是個bug)
所以必須取消存成ini檔重新設定

先重裝K-Lite，若不轉檔建議裝Standard版即可

安裝K-Lite時要勾選"No thanks..."否則會裝一些你不想要的軟體

這次用比較簡化的方式改KMP解碼器的設定
在自訂過濾器管理器加入LAV Splitter Source、LAV Video Decoder、LAV Audio Decoder及VSFilter
其中LAV Video Decoder及LAV Audio Decoder設為強制使用

選LAV Video Decoder點過濾器訊息

LAV的硬解設為DXVA2(copy-back)

取消關閉字幕裝載器及顯示字幕

最重要的轉譯器改用VMR7視窗化

KMP不開啟影片 ==> 媒體訊息(ALT+J)
把TS影片拖曳到媒體訊息視窗
點媒體訊息視窗左下角的複製並貼上來
